We don't get upside down in POLE ONE, we do build the strength and grip
required to start inverting.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN POLE ONE
HOW TO JOIN
Our Beginner classes are run in short 6 week courses
same day and time for 6 consecutive weeks.
Beginners must join course week one, or two at the latest (if a space is available)

TRIAL CLASSES
We don't offer regular one off trials for Beginners Pole
Being a trick base apparatus 1 hour is not enough time to understand if pole is right for you. ​
Our short 6 week courses are deigned so you can try pole without a long commitment period.
At week 4-5 of course is when you will notice
improvements & as you become more confident you will
really start to enjoy pole.

DO YOU OFFER MEMBERSHIPS AND FLEXIBILY DROP INS?
Yes we do.
If you are absolute beginners we recommend you start with a
6 week course to master the basics.
Once you progressed to Pole Two upwards our class options become more flexible.
WHO CAN JOIN POLE?
Our classes are designed for adults.
Beginners - no prior dance or fitness experience needed.
We will take you through all the basic of Pole. Everyone works at their own pace.
Our clients ages ranges from 20s to 60s.
Research has found woman in their 40s onwards should priorities strength training - why not make your workout enjoyable.
