Refund Policy

At High Above we are committed to providing a high-quality experience. Please read the following refund policy carefully before making any bookings or purchases.

 

 

Class Bookings

All class bookings are non-refundable. Missed classes, late arrivals, or no-shows will not be refunded or credited.

Cancellations must be made within specified cancellation window. All cancellation windows are stated at the time of booking on Groovio. 

 

Workshops & Special Events

All workshops and one-off events require full payment at the time of booking. Due to limited spaces, no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person (please notify us in advance) No resell is permitted without High Above consent.

 

Memberships & Class Packs Memberships and class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable. In special circumstances, High Above may require a medical or doctor's certificate for proof of injury/ condition, we may consider freezing your membership or extending validity — at our discretion.

 

Refunds will not be given for unused sessions.

 

Studio Closures or Cancellations

If a class or event is cancelled by High Above you will receive either a full refund or a credit to rebook another class. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low attendance, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

Late Arrivals

For safety reasons, latecomers may not be permitted to join a class once it has started. No refunds or credits will be issued in these cases. Regardless of reason for lateness.

 

By booking with High Above you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
